STEM and Robotics Clubs with AI: Planning and Running
Description

About the event

The Georgian Robotics Association (GRA) invites teachers of its network's member schools to a free online workshop. In two hands-on hours we will learn how to plan and run school club activities with the help of artificial intelligence (AI) tools.

The workshop is for teachers who lead a school club, or plan to start one, in robotics, STEM, electronics or artificial intelligence. No previous experience with AI is needed.

What you will learn

  • How to draw up a club's term plan with an AI assistant: from goals to weekly sessions;
  • How to prepare session plans, tasks and materials for students of different ages and levels;
  • How to run an online or hybrid club: communication with students and parents, assignments, feedback and progress tracking;
  • How to use AI safely: protecting students' personal data, checking AI answers and academic honesty.

When and where

  • 1 December 2026, 19:00–21:00 (Tbilisi time).
  • Online. Registered participants receive the meeting link by e-mail on the day of the workshop, before it starts.
  • The workshop is hands-on: by the end, every participant will have a draft plan for their own club.
  • You will need a computer or laptop and a free account with an AI assistant (for example ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude).

Who it is for

The workshop is free and is for teachers of GRA network member schools. There is no limit on how many teachers come from one school, as long as the school is a member of the association. When you register, name the school you teach at: the site checks the membership itself.

Is your school not a member of the network yet? Find out how a school joins the GRA network. The school's director confirms the application, so it is best to do this well before the workshop.

Registration

  1. Sign in to gra.ge or create an account.
  2. On this page press "Get a ticket", fill in the form and choose your school.
  3. You will get a confirmation by e-mail straight away, and the meeting link on 1 December, before the workshop starts.

Registration is open until 1 December, 17:00.
