Introduction
A race of speed, precision and control
On 20 June 2026 the Georgian Robotics Association (GRA) organised, in partnership with RC Kakha (Kakhas RC), an RC Car Racing Championship at Radio City | District 4, as part of the Georgian STEAM & Robotics Championship.
RC racing brings together technology, engineering, motorsport and driving skills. Participants raced their own radio-controlled cars on a specially built track, competing in speed, precision and driving technique. Entry was individual — every driver raced their own car.
Prize fund and purpose
The Georgian Robotics Association set a 1,500 GEL prize fund, shared between first, second and third place.
The championship aimed to popularise the RC hobby in Georgia, develop participants' technical skills and strengthen the RC community. RC cars were part of ROBO BATTLE too — see ROBO BATTLE 2025.
The next championship
The next championship and registration: RC Car Racing Championship. Every association championship — in our history.
Partners
The championship's partner was RC Kakha (Kakhas RC), which also showed RC cars, modelling and radio-controlled technology in its own space. All partners of the Georgian STEAM & Robotics Championship: Ilia State University, IT Academy Step Georgia, RC Kakha (Kakhas RC), the Board Games Guild, Tamashobana, the First Aid Center, the Scientific Cyber Security Association and the Drone School. Thank you to every driver and visitor!
