School Robotics Competition 2023: 600 Pupils from 85 Schools

On 16 July 2023 the Georgian Robotics Association (GRA) organised a school robotics competition as part of Sportsfest. It continued our first school competition of 2022 — on an even bigger scale.

600 pupils from 85 schools took part — our biggest school competition at the time.

The competition had three categories:

• Straight line — speed and stability;
• Zigzag — following a black line with sensors without skipping any segment;
• Labyrinth — finding the exit as fast as possible.

Summing up all three categories, the three schools with the best results were named and awarded.
